Do you ship World Wide?

Almost worldwide! To view all of the available delivery destinations, please click on "Service” and "Shipping" tabs on the top right corner, so you can view all the countries where purchase and delivery is currently available.

 

If my country of residence is not listed, where can I purchase NIMU products?

If your country is not currently listed, please click on "Stockists" section, to look for your closest retailer. 

 

How Can I track my orders?

NIMU will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. You may track the delivery of your order by using the tracking number provided by the courier. You will find the tracking number for your order in the confirmation email.

 

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and official public holidays. The courier will try to deliver the package for two (2) delivery attempts contacting the consignee. If no one is available to sign for the package and if after 5 days there is no direct communication, the package will be returned to NIMU warehouses.

 

What is the minimum order for free delivery?

You can benefit all year-round from free delivery with purchasing the equivalent of EUR 250 or above.

WILL I BE CHARGED TAX OR DUTY?

For non European destinations, import duties may apply on entry to the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties. For Hong Kong consumers, no Tax or duties applies.

For US consumers, starting March 10, 2016, imports of merchandise up to USD 800 will be allowed into the United States free from duties and taxes.

NIMU has warehouses in Italy (for the EU market) and Hong Kong (for APAC market), so your order will be dispatched accordingly to optimize shipping time and Tax exemption to your destination country.

NIMU offers 3 payment modes:
